At the moment we offer shipping only to the United Kingdom.

Please inspect the quality of your product upon delivery and notify NKDWARE if any damage or defects occurred in transit. Credit and exchange are available if a product is damaged when it reaches you. For any exchange or return claims, we require photographs of the damage within two days of the delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers can return unwanted items within fifteen days for credit or exchange. We cannot accept returns after this period. Items must be unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

To complete your return, contact customerservice@nkdware.com with a receipt or proof of purchase.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location. We will contact you to notify you when we have received your returned item and will approve or reject your refund. If approved, we will process your refund, and apply a credit to your credit card or your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.
