DO YOU TAKE BESPOKE ORDERS?

Yes. We love to create new 'same-but-different' collections with our network of makers. We manufacture ceramic tableware, vases, serving sets, and decorative bowls and plates. Please ask for more information about our bespoke packages at trade@nkdware.com

WILL YOU REPRESENT ME OR ANOTHER MAKER I KNOW?

We are always looking for makers to collaborate with and join our growing maker community, and would be happy to hear from you! Please contact us at hello@nkdware.com, with a brief introduction to your studio.

WHAT IS ARTISANAL MANUFACTURING?

The term artisanal manufacturing describes production made by skilled workers, and items created by hand. By choosing to buy products made through artisanal manufacturing, your purchase supports talented makers and small craft communities.

ARE ALL NKDWARE PRODUCTS ONE-OF-A-KIND?

Yes! Every product is made with care and attention by an artisan.

WHO MAKES NKDWARE PRODUCTS?

We work with maker studios who share our passion for creating things that matter.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?

If you received a damaged or defective product, a full refund or exchange is available. Customers can report damage within two days of receiving the item, and we require photographs of the defect in the damage report.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

You can return any non-damaged item for credit or exchange. Customers have fifteen days upon receiving the item to contact NKDWARE if they wish to return it.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes!

FROM WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We are located in London, UK, and we dispatch all our products from our lovely Peckham office.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We dispatch orders within 48 hours, and they take 2-7 working days to reach you.
